unfortunately with running a small business, expenses can be a bit high for me. buying my products with shipping prices included will help me tremendously with producing better, high-quality products. it will also help with making packaging sturdier and more resistant to any damages.

i mostly use procreate on my ipad because you can't beat the accessibility! however, i do use adobe illustrator for any text or vector work and photoshop to edit product photos.

tracking will be included with shipping if you add a keychain or keycap with your order. i will send you the tracking number once your order has been shipped.

i typically ask for 2-5 business days to pack and ship your full order. 

During promotional or holiday periods, your order will ship within 5 business days. If your order ships in separate packages, we will send you multiple tracking numbers.
